The Urban Pattaya is comprised of 237 units spread across 3 low-rise, 8 story buildings and is situated on a prime 3 Rai plot of land alongside Soi 15, Pattaya 2nd Road in central Pattaya. Buildings A & B are referred to as “The Urban”, whereas building C is meant to be a premium building, and as such is referred to as “The Urban Suites”.

Building C, or more specifically ‘The Urban Suites” features both a ground and rooftop pool and is situated towards the front of the development, and as such has direct street access. Similarly the units themselves within “The Urban Suites” are typically larger and feature upgraded fixtures & fittings when compared to their non-premium counterparts in buildings A & B which both feature separate ground floor communal swimming pools. Additional amenities include a shared library/lounge area in building A and a fully-equipped gymnasium and games room in building B.
